Interactive Online Classes
Interactive online classes run similar to an in-person training class! These classes have a start date and run for 4-6 weeks; each week during the course a new module is released focusing on a new topic for that course. Each week you have the option to submit the video homework for feedback from the instructor. Every week there will be a live meeting in a classroom where you can ask questions and we can discuss in real-time what we have been covering in this class. You have access to the course for a lifetime, but can only submit videos for review during the active 4-6 class time.

Canine Core Strength Online Class
4 week class, $100/dog (discount! take advantage!)
Core strength is one of the most important things a canine athlete can have and most often isn’t worked on enough or correctly in workouts! In this 4 week class we will look at how to build core strength in our dogs and how to continue to advance building their core strength as you progress. For this class you will need: a cato board/balance pad (or similar), 2 fitbones or propels (or similar), 2 rubber feed bowls (pawpods will be needed in a further progression but not required), a peanut (large enough for your dog to stand on with all 4 paws, you will also need something to secure this peanut) and a slanted board (with a no slip surface).
A new module will be posted each Monday and you can post videos for review in the Facebook group! When you register you will see a time and location that pops up, just ignore this, I use this for scheduling purposes on my end, everything will be done online in a Facebook group.
Micro Online Classes
Micro classes cover a wide range of specific topics that include 10 exercises. There are descriptions and video demos of all the exercises. For these classes there are no video submissions for feedback. You have access to the course for a lifetime.

On Demand Online Classes
These classes are offered on demand and are open for enrollment at anytime! You get unlimited lifetime access to the course and can submit the video homework for feedback from the instructor at your own pace during that time. These classes change regularly so check back!
